Step 2: BO. Soakable Base Gel - Wipe the brush at the neck of the bottle to remove excess product. Trim the free edge of the nail to ensure durability and prevent product shrinkage. LED. Repeat these steps on the other hand and then on the thumbs. Optional: Brush with a clean gel brush to remove excess tacky cured base gel to reduce the chance of shrinkage and for smoother color application.
Step 3: BO. Soakable Gel Polish Color - Rub the bottle upside down between the palms of your hands to make sure the color is well mixed. Seal the free edge with BO. Soakable Gel Polish to ensure durability and prevent color shrinkage. Hold the brush horizontally on the nail and continue to the center of the nail. Move the brush from the center of the nail up to the proximal crease, then stroke down to the free edge. Make sure that the gel polish does not get on the skin. If the gel polish has touched the skin, remove it before curing the nail with the BO. Gel Cleanser and a Cuticle Pusher. Cures all four nails for 120 sec. UV / 30 sec. LED. Repeat the steps on the other hand and thumbs.
Step 4: BO. Soakable Gel Polish Color – Apply a second thin coat of gel polish following the same steps. This layer provides full coverage. NOTE: If you are using a highly pigmented complexion or any other lamp it may be necessary to do an extra cure to ensure the color is fully set and does not bleed with your Top Gel application.
Step 5: BO. Soakable Top Gel - Wipe the brush at the neck of the bottle to remove excess product. Seal the free edge of the nail to ensure durability and prevent product shrinkage. Hold the brush horizontally on the nail and apply a thin layer of BO. Apply Soakable Top Gel to each nail surface on all four nails on one hand. Cures all four nails for 120 sec. UV / 30 sec. LED. Repeat on the other hand and finish by applying to the thumbs.
Step 6: If You Have the BO. Soakable Top Gel or BO. Using Soakable Matte Top Gel it will be necessary to remove the adhesive layer after curing. Saturate a gel sponge with the BO. Gel Cleanser. Wipe off the top adhesive layer with light pressure. CAUTION: Do not re-wipe the nail with a used part of the gel sponge, as this will redistribute the adhesive layer and make the Top Gel dull. Use a clean saturated gel sponge for each finger. Tip: Wait about 1 minute after curing before removing the adhesive to allow the nails to “cool down” to get even more shine.
